To disrupt this norm for ADP, we created a multi-touch Quarterly Mailing campaign strategy with emails, calls, and direct mailers with high-end tech gifts that would resonate with our high-profile prospects. Every detail, from the choice of premiums, the creatives and contextual messaging and the packaging it was sent in, was done in-house.
