Abbott created a ‘point of care’ device – the Abbott i-STAT system – that provides real-time, lab quality blood results in minutes, right by the patient’s bedside. We offered them a cost-effective mailing solution to boost product awareness with prospects and offer users details to install and upgrade the device software. A tri-fold self-mailer included a tear-off BRC and a slot to hold multiple CDs. We also updated the literature content and managed the printing, fulfillment and mailing in-house. Customers now receive device details and updates seamlessly.
